When receiving care in your own home we understand the importance of feeling comfortable, safe and content.

We strive to provide you with a long standing team of dedicated healthcare professionals that will take the time to get to know you and your preferences with anything from how you like to take your tea, what TV programmes you like to watch and at what time, to organising your complex care package and ensuring it is continually working for you.

Before your package of care begins we provide you with profiles of carefully matched client care staff giving you the choice of who you would like to deliver your care. We can then arrange a meet and greet session with your chosen Nurse(s), Care Assistant(s) and Support Worker(s) to enable you to get to know each other and ensure you are completely happy and comfortable with them before they enter into your home and personal surroundings.

We pride ourselves on our continuity of care with all of our clients so close inspections and regular contact with your local branch ensures this doesn’t fall to the wayside.
